Each home at Silver Vines features two bedrooms including a master bedroom, a study, bathroom, additional toilet and vanity, laundry with storage, an outdoor area and garden. They also boast open plan living looking onto a private covered outdoor area and garden, giving homes a relaxed atmosphere. In addition, the villas have reverse cycle air-conditioning, and quality fittings and fixtures throughout. Residents also have access to an external drying area, lock up garage and gated security. There is also a 24 hour monitored call service available, which enables security and peace of mind for residents and their families.
Other facilities at the complex include a clubhouse, gardens and a mini gym. While it remains exclusively separate, if qualified, residents could also have access to the Mirambeena aged care facility situated just across the road from the village. Residents are permitted to keep their pre-existing small pets at the complex providing they cause no disturbance.
