Currently under development, BaptistCare’s Allegra Village is located in the heart of Carlingford, Sydney, and will feature approximately 130 light-filled, spacious apartments designed for maximum comfort and low-maintenance independent living.
The broader precinct will also feature a co-located residential aged care home, a respite facility and a range of premium amenities including a pool, cafe and gym. Adjacent to the village, our neighbouring community housing site, Gimbawali Place, contributes to an inclusive, welcoming neighbourhood.
