The village is comprised of 59 two and three-bedroom independent living units along with a community centre, located at the heart of the village and the focal point for community activities.
These units have been specifically designed to provide for ageing in the home, as well as offering maximum privacy, without fences.

The level grounds surrounding units allow ease of access for wheelchairs and other mobility equipment, as do the wider door frames throughout the homes and double doors into the en suites.
