UPA Kooronga Lodge Retirement Village

Kooronga Lodge is situated in Bel-Air, a tranquil and verdant neighbourhood in Orange. It comprises ten senior housing units, including nine two-bedroom units and one single-bedroom unit, all of which are well-lit and feature air conditioning and reverse cycle heating for comfort. Additionally, the units are equipped with Medi-Alert emergency buttons for added peace of mind.

The surrounding area of the lodge features mature trees and well-kept park-like gardens, attracting a diverse array of local birdlife, including lorikeets, parrots, and even a family of ducks from nearby wetlands.
