Ellimatta Village is comprised of 17 units located just a short walk from the East Maitland Shopping Centre. The village consists of ten 2-bedroom units and seven 1-bedroom units.

The 2-bedroom units feature a spacious bathroom, a separate laundry room, and a second bedroom that can be used for alternate purposes if desired.
