Living Options
Our living options include Independent Living Villas and Serviced Apartments.
 
Serviced Apartments are similar to Independent Living Villas but residents receive a bit more help with the unit.
 
Services include three meals prepared every day, help with domestic tasks such as linen laundering and cleaning the apartment. There is also access to personal care such as help with dressing, taking medications or hygiene for those who require it.

Independent Living Villas
Residents can choose between an Independent Living Unit (ILU) with either one, two or three bedrooms.
 
They are designed for independent retirees who don’t require the help looking after themselves that those in serviced apartments do.
 
Yet those in the ILU’s have access to all the advantages of living in a retirement village. Such as access to all on-site facilities, a 24 hour emergency medical response, payment of all rates and taxes, transportation on the village bus and many more convenient features.
