Independent Living Units
Independent Living Unit’s (ILU) are designed for independent retirees who do not require any nursing care, but the idea of a gate, secure peer-group community filled with planned recreational and social activities appeals to them.

• Linen laundering
• Additional care services such as help with medication, showering and dressing etc

Other Services

Respite Care
Respite Care is when people choose to live in one of our units, often a Supported Living Apartment, for a short term stay.
 
Respite Care is ideal for people who have just come out of hospital and are not quite ready to live independently at home, and would like the security of a gated estate with 24/7 support available when needed.

Respite Care is available for a maximum stay of 28 days and has all the benefits and services of a supported living apartment (see above).
