Independent Living Villas are designed for the retiree who can still live independently but would also like the security and privacy of a retirement village.
Our Independent Living Villas give you access to all other on-site features and the little things are taken care of so you don’t have to worry about them. Such as payment of council rates, internal unit maintenance (i.e. plumbing and electrical), building insurance etc
The professional management team will also take care of the maintenance of grounds and garden, plus the cleaning and maintenance of common areas and facilities.
Serviced Apartments
Serviced Apartments (also known as Supported Living Apartments) offer all the advantages of an Independent Living Unit with a bit of additional help included for those who need it.
Additional help includes services such as three delicious meals cooked for you every day, help with domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry and help with personal care (i.e. help with medication, dressing, showering etc)
Serviced Apartments give you access to low level care and an independent lifestyle.
