The Grange is the ideal option for those who wish to retire to the coast without leaving behind the convenience of the city. The community is located in the beachside suburb of Grange, close to public transport, West Lakes Shopping Centre and just 12 kilometres from Adelaide.

There are 57, two bedroom individual living units at The Grange. Community amenities include a pool, bowling green, billiards table, hairdresser and mobile library. The suburb of Grange has many alfresco restaurants and cafés as well as safe swimming and two 18-hole golf courses.

The Grange is one of Adelaide’s beach side suburbs, with a population of more than 5,000 (according to the 2006 Census) but only 12 kilometres from the Adelaide city centre.

The Grange is just a short drive from the Grange shopping, parks, churches, golf, cinemas and bowling clubs. Additionally the suburb is serviced by public transport run by the Adelaide Metro, which includes a bus which is less than 20 metres from the community. There is also a Grange Railway Station which is one kilometre away.

For those who enjoy the beach, Grange is the perfect suburb – with Grange Beach lined with fine dining and shopping located along the beach’s esplanade. The area also offers many parks and other natural recreation activities. There is the Grange Recreation Reserve with a field and playing ground, plus many other parks and reserves. Parks include Kirkcaldy Park, Kirkcaldy Avenue and Line Reserve (where playgrounds are also located).
