Levande Mernda community

At Mernda, natural beauty never comes at the expense of modern convenience. Westfield Plenty Valley, Epping Plaza, Yan Yean Reservoir Park and a number of golf courses are easily accessible too – by bus (there’s a stop just outside the community) or a short car ride.  

The community includes a number of outdoor facilities onsite – like a bowling green, a men’s shed and a BBQ entertainment area – so you can enjoy a get-together with neighbours, or your friends and family, without having to leave home.  

By the time you get to retirement, you’ve got a fairly good idea of what you like in a house – features like built-in wardrobes, wide corridors and deep kitchen drawers – those little things that make life easier. We’ve incorporated these features, and many more, into every Mernda home.  

The benchtops in the kitchen, for example, are made from stone, so they’re easy to clean. And the handles on doors and cupboards are designed to be easy to grip and operate.  

It’s always nice to have extra space for your odds and ends, which is why storage is a feature of our designs. There’s a linen press and broom cupboard, multiple storage areas in the bathroom, plenty of easy-to-reach pantry space and room for more than just the car in the garage.
