Homestay Village, a vibrant but small community of 80 homes, offers residents 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom plus study Villas, each with separate carport, open plan living areas and all with easy access to the main Clubhouse facilities, reception area and indoor heated pool.

The heart of Homestay Village houses the Clubhouse, which has a spacious dining and lounge area that’s perfect for relaxing with family and friends.  For those with fitness in mind, the Village provides a large heated indoor pool and gymnasium along with games room with billiards table, art and craft room, resource centre including library and dedicated space for visiting medical practitioners.  Perfectly situated with a bus route at the entry, the village is only minutes from Carousel Shopping Centre, cinemas and cafés.

Homestay Villages offers the convenience of a 24-hour emergency call system for all residents in addition to an onsite Manager for emergency support.  There are visiting doctors, podiatrists, clergy, eye specialists and more available to visit in the onsite consulting rooms.

Small pets are allowed at the Village Manager’s discretion.
