At Coastal Waters you can choose from 2 and 3 bedroom Mediterranean-style villas with single or double garages with internal access. They all feature open-plan living rooms, spacious bedrooms, modern kitchens and bathrooms. The villas also feature landscaped outdoor entertaining areas and some have water or bush views.

Coastal Waters boasts a magnificent clubhouse with state of the art facilities including an indoor heated pool and well equipped adjoining gym. It also has an outdoor bowling green, a Library with great variety of books.  Dining facilities including outdoor BBQ area and well stocked bar that can cater to small and large groups. Audio screen facilities, great for Movie Nights or State of Origin Night! Extra-large Craft room facilities and meeting room facilities. Bush walks and fishing access all nearby.
