Uniting AgeWell – Yernga is located on a quiet street in the Melbourne Suburb of Mount Waverley, just a stone’s throw from Blackburn Road. The Village provides a variety of living options in independent retirement living units for independent and active seniors.

There are 22 one-bedroom units and nine two-bedroom units that share beautiful communal spaces including a community hall, central gardens and four tennis courts.

Daily fees apply and cover land rates, water rates, maintenance and gardening.  The resident is responsible for their own utility fees.

When the time comes, Uniting AgeWell makes the sometimes difficult process of moving into residential aged care seamless.  Priority is given to Uniting AgeWell independent retirement living residents when transitioning to one of their aged care facilities.
