About the village

Rosebank Village was opened in July, 1993, is conveniently located in Charlotte Street, Sebastopol, just minutes from the centre of Ballarat. It is set on 10 acres and overlooks a picturesque setting and is only a short walk to the Sebastopol Shopping Centre.

We invite you to come and see for yourself the village is open for inspection between 10am to 12noon and 2 - 4pm Monday to Friday, or phone for an appointment.

The Village has been developed on the principle of independent living and as such consists of 104 - 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units set in landscaped gardens situated around our centrally located community facilities.
