Country Club Villages

All Country Club Villages offer opportunities for village residents to participate in a wide variety of social, exercise and convenience activities both within the village and outside the village. You can join in as much or as little as you like.

The company is based in Ballarat and has built their experience in the retirement industry since 1990, and now have over $500 million worth of development projects.

We want our residents who live in our 1,500 units to have freedom and choice of living options, whilst also having their independence.

We currently have around 1,500 units and have plans to acquire more sites and villages in the future.

We believe that over 55’s need to stay physically, emotionally and social healthy and make sure our villages reflect this in their social programs and village services.
