Maryborough is three hour’s drive north of Brisbane and 30km inland from the Fraser Coast with its vibrant leisure facilities. The retirement village consists of 65 independent living units with many undergoing recent refurbishment. It is situated on the same site as a residential aged care facility, which means you have extra support if and when you need it.

Churches of Christ Care Fair Haven Retirement Village is approximately seven kilometres from the central business district of Maryborough. The village has a corner store close by where you can pick up essentials and the morning newspaper. Maryborough has many historic sites, churches and buildings, as well as beautiful parks for walking, picnicking or just relaxing. There is a bus stop right outside the retirement village with a bus service that takes you into city centre. A local taxi service, which has wheelchair access, is also available. If you are a golfer, the Maryborough Golf and Bowls Club is close by complete with its delicious bistro meals and monthly entertainment calendar.

The complex has a mixture of unfurnished one and two-bedroom units consisting of kitchen, lounge/dining room, main bedroom (a second room in our two-bedroom options), bathroom and laundry. Also on site are 10 fully self-contained studio apartments. All units are on the ground floor with some having attached garages.
