Conveniently located close to transport routes, churches, shopping and medical services, our homes feature spacious open-plan living and dining, modern kitchen facilities, good storage space, reverse cycle air conditioning and generous sized 1-3 bedrooms - some with built in robes.

Our low maintenance homes are self-contained and pet-friendly. An affordable maintenance fee, paid fortnightly by our residents, ensures our villages are kept clean and tidy. This fee covers council rates, building insurance, major home repairs and general building and grounds maintenance. An emergency after-hours maintenance service is also available.

Our friendly staff assist residents to maintain their community associations and friendships by linking them to local health services and other networks, and our site-based lifestyle and leisure programs keep residents happy, healthy and active.
