Retirement villages or retirement living on Sydney’s central coast provides a beach style urbanised lifestyle.

The third largest urban region in the state, Sydney’s central coast has a population of almost 300,000 and is just north of Sydney.

The region has a subtropical climate and rainfall is particularly frequent during autumn. The summers are humid to hot while winters are mild to cool.

The area is known for its beach lifestyle and is close to national parks, the most well known park is the Bouddi National Park and is famous for its wildlife, cliffs and secluded beaches.
