Wesley Mission Queensland's brand new Rosemount Retirement Community coming to Sinnamon Park is expected to offer luxury retirement living to residents in Brisbane’s western suburbs.
Co-located on site with the Sinnamon Village residential aged care community, Rosemount will feature landscaped gardens, a cafe and heated swimming pool.
It will also offer residents a library, barbecue pavilion, cinema, function room, gym and complimentary community bus.
Trevor Bond, pictured with wife Peggy, said the decision to retire in a Wesley Mission Queensland community was not about downsizing and relinquishing an active lifestyle.
“For us we love the spacious, contemporary, open-plan apartments with large balconies and breezes,” he said.
The Rosemount Retirement Community is located on Seventeen Mile Rocks Rd, close to major shopping centres, transport and Canossa Private Hospital.
It will offer a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The Rosemount Retirement Community is currently selling off the plan and is due for completion in early 2019.
