Infinity Constructions Group appointed to build Parkside at IRT Pioneer Place

IRT Group has announced Infinity Constructions Group Pty Ltd has been appointed as the builder of its exciting new development — Parkside at IRT Pioneer Place.

Construction has commenced on the Wollongong CBD site adjacent to Pioneer Park and bordering Kembla and Stewart Streets. Expressions of interest to move into the unique community are now being taken.

Following an in-depth review and competitive tender process, IRT selected Sydney-based Infinity Constructions Group Pty Ltd for the Parkside development contract.

Established in 1992, Infinity brings a wealth of design, construction, project management and engineering experience to the project, having completed over 400 diverse projects.

"Infinity is proud to be partnering with IRT to deliver a new facility which embraces modular construction techniques and a unique architectural presence," Director of Infinity Constructions Group Pty Ltd, Chris Beverley said.

"The function of the building is greatly improved by taking seniors living to new heights literally, through cutting edge design and multi storey construction."

Parkside will offer 75 two and three bedroom apartments available for purchase off the plan, with two bedroom apartments starting from $428,000.

CEO of IRT Communities, Stig Andersen, said IRT had proudly partnered with renowned multi award-winning architects Marchese Partners to create an innovative vertical Lifestyle Community.

"Every unit has a view including prime golf course, ocean and escarpment outlooks. And early-stage purchasers will also have a choice of bespoke finishes to style their home, plus co-design resident facilities on the ground floor.
