Construction of Warrigal Shell Cove – the heart of the Marina, is well underway and future residents are excited to see their new homes taking shape.
These aerial photos taken in May 2016 give a great view of the progress of the Villas and The Quay, which is a versatile contemporary shared space incorporating café, bistro and lounges.
All external earthworks are now complete. A large majority of the villa concrete slabs are complete whilst seven villas already have frames erected with carpenters progressing quickly on the remaining villas.
Roofers have started onsite and shortly bricklayers will commence.
The ground floor of The Quay is now completely poured with internal walls commencing in the coming weeks.
