Celebrate Seniors Week with St Brigid's Green

St Brigid's Green is celebrating Seniors Week by hosting a variety of engaging seminars and education sessions, presented by leading professionals and special guests. 

Following the seminar each weekday will be a free morning tea, and the opportunity to take a tour of the beautiful St Brigid's Green retirement village and aged care home.

St Brigid’s Green has expert speakers from several organisations to address a wide range of topics relevant to seniors and their families.

• Mon 4 April | 10am | Falls prevention – Health Promotion Services
• Tue 5 April | 10am | The Life, Live it, Save it – NSW Ambulance
• Wed 6 April | 10am Cooking demonstration – Nutrition Australia
• Thu 7 April | 12pm Residents and Friends BBQ – $5 per person
• Fri 8 April | 10am Living with Alzheimer’s – Alzheimer’s Australia

St Brigid's Green is located at 220–230 Maroubra Road, Maroubra 2035

Attendance is free, morning tea is provided, and everyone is welcome.

Thursday’s ‘Residents and Friends BBQ’ offers a wonderful opportunity to join in the festivities, with entertainment provided including the St Aiden’s Primary School Choir.
