ARV operate a number of retirement villages throughout Sydney and New South Wales. ARV villages are friendly and welcoming communities where you can enjoy life with likeminded people.

ARV will manage the basic maintenance of your home including gardening and repairs, meaning that you can sit back and enjoy your retirement.

There are a range of accommodation options available to you including studios, one, two and three bedroom units, apartments and villas. Many of the villages operate under a loan lease agreement which means you don’t have to buy your own unit, but you still have the exclusive right to occupy the premises.

Castle Hill resident Marie Short says, “This is your little home. You go out if you want to or visit the town – anything you want to do outside the village you can. But I don’t really want to leave too often because everything I do is here anyway.”
