Leschenault Village is located in Bunbury, Western Australia’s third largest city (after Perth and Mandurah) with a population of just under 70,000 and an average annual temperature of 17 degrees.

Located 175km from Perth’s CBD and 108km from Mandurah, Bunbury is described as a port city, providing that ‘by the water’ lifestyle that many retirees dream about. The area is surrounded by three oceans, the Indian Ocean, Koombana Bay and the Leschenault Inlet. This makes the area ideal for water activities – there are about 100 residential bottlenose dolphins in the area, with 17 pups born each year.
