Located on 34 scenic acres, Jeta Gardens has been designed
to ensure that 75 percent of the site is reserved for
landscaped gardens and parklands including a Chinese garden
and lakes, guaranteeing you peace and tranquillity.
Lifestyle
Jeta Gardens is located in close proximity to a wide range
of shopping, transport, community and recreational
facilities.
We are only about 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD
and the Gold Coast City Central. Residents are able to
participate in an active lifestyle with convenient services
and public facilities nearby.
The village is built to create for its residents a leisurely
and functional retirement living in style, providing ample
personal and communal spaces for activities and enjoyment,

Independent Living
Jeta Gardens has 10 exciting independent villa designs to
choose from. All have a north-south aspect and are
ergonomically designed to meet the needs of Asian seniors,
with features such as lower bench heights. Some villas have
a view of the beautiful lake garden. For those that don't
need much space, Jeta Gardens has designed a range of
different apartments. Residents can still enjoy all the
benefits of independent living, but at a more affordable
price.
Ageing in Place
Also situated inside the community is an Aged Care Facility
providing 108 high care and low care beds, including a
dementia specific wing for aged people requiring full time
nursing care. This is to ensure that Jeta Gardens residents
will be provided with one stop trouble-free care and
services throughout their retirement years.
