Fifty acres of undulating, coastal
hinterland, provide Brentwood Village with one of the

Established in 1983, Brentwood offers a rural setting,
with the convenience of being only minutes away from
major shopping centers including Gosford and Erina. It’s
central location also provides access to all the
recreational facilities, transport, hospital and medical
centers of nearby Avoca and Terrigal.

Brentwood offers three stages of care including 498
self-care villas, 102 assisted care apartments, and an
ultra-modern 102 bed nursing home with dementia specific
facilities. Our mission statement is “to provide a
comfortable home for residents by supporting them in
whatever way necessary to maintain health, activity and
happiness”.
Self-care Villas and Apartments
Two and three bedroom self-care villas are available at
Brentwood village with their own private courtyard and
lock up garage. Apartments are equipped with central
heating, T.V. and telephone outlets, emergency call
system and a full size bathroom to enable wheelchair
access. Full personal care and attention are provided,
under the supervision of the Residents Care Director.
The recreation complex was constructed in 1988, and
offers first class amenities including:
- an indoor heated pool
- sauna
- pottery room
- library
- hairdressing salon
- chapel
- doctors’ surgery
- billiard’s room
- auditorium
