areView Clinical’s user-friendly
technology incorporates staff touch screen terminals with
microphones and large brightly coloured buttons. This is
ideally suited for people with limited computer or English
skills.
Staff can access the information they need at a touch; from
resident's progress notes, care plans and RCS assessments to
nursecall system displays, status of dementia rooms,
workgroup allocations, rosters, communication book and staff
attendance.
All data is complete with time and date stamps, and stored
in a secure relational database. Access to the data is
controlled by i.d. cards, that can be configured with
required levels of security. This means management retains
complete control of the system.

System. This creates a totally integrated
hub that can monitor and record nursecall data, send paging
messages to DECT telephones, paging receivers and
annunciators. Inputs from other systems such as fire
detection, security, building management and nursecall from
other suppliers can also be integrated into the CareView
hub.
CareView provides regular, comprehensive, analytical reports
for residential care, staff management and risk assessment
as well as reports on incident investigation and RCS
generation for Commonwealth funding. Less stress. Less work

Dementia Management
The Careview system can create intelligent rooms which
permit a resident with dementia to live in an environment
that can be tailored to their abilities. The system allows
the carer to set a pattern of resident behaviours that will
maximise their independence but advise the carer if the
resident is in difficulty.
Out of Bed and Wet bed Monitoring
These systems are Incorporated into the Nurse Call system to
simplify assessment procedures by alerting carers to
residents bed habits & also to assist in care of residents
with known wandering & bed wetting problems. Various other
systems are also available, including seizure monitoring.
Wandering Resident Systems
A system employed to minimise the chance of "at risk"
residents or patients entering unsafe areas or departing
without escort from the premises. Systems comprise a
resident/patient wrist or ankle band that interacts with
monitor units at particular locations (usually exit doors).
When a person with a band approaches the door will either
lock until they leave the area, or alarm if they are in the
area when the door is opened.
Other Systems and Services
Staff Duress
Staff Duress alarms, when activated, can detail the user,
the location or both, and are customisable, so you can
decide the degree of security needed for your site.
CCTV
Closed Circuit TV systems provide a support system to
monitor outside areas and interior spaces where there is a
possibility of intrusion and subsequent danger to residents
or staff. There is a wide range of quality products that we
utilise to tailor a system to site requirements.
Access Control
Access control systems can range from a set of keypads to
operate one or more doors to a complex system of door
monitoring and card readers that can be configured to suit
staff and resident movements, and record activities on all
or specific doors.
Cordless Telephones
DECT Cordless Telephone systems with full alpha numeric
displays allow carers to receive messages from the NurseCall
system as well as fire and secutiry systems, along with many
other uses
Pagers
For applications where pagers are used instead of DECT
phones, we can supply and service most types of pagers in
the market place.
